Super nice and efficient. Always have great service at Lake Park Tire Kingdom.

Staff was very professional and courteous. They explained what my problem was with my tire, corrected the tire pressure on all tires. I went to Ford to see if the tire was in warranty. Ford price was higher, so I returned to TK to have my tire replaced.

"I made an appointment for a oil change on 12/13/15 at 12:30 pm at the Lake Park facility, which was confirmed by e-mail. At 1:30 I noticed my vehicle appeared to be in the same parking space as I had parked it in so I asked the manager if the work was completed and he said he would check on it, he came back and told me he could not find the paperwork, I informed him I had signed the paperwork and given the key to the employee who completed the initial paperwork. He said that employee ""had gone to get gas and there was nothing he could do because he did not fill out the paperwork"". Around that time my vehicle was being backed out of the parking space. One hour after the confirmed scheduled appointment and nothing had been done. I asked the person in charge what the problem was and he stated some excuse. I realize things come up which are not in the control of the employees however some communication should take place with the customer. I left with no oil change and one hour of wasted time."

New tire put on and they scratched the rim and never bothered cleaning the tire. Also I was overcharged $35 , good thing I caught it. While I generally like Tire Kingdom the one here in West Palm Beach doesn't measure up to the previous ones I have been to.

What are the chances of the same tire which was repaired two weeks earlier - having the same issue (nail)?? Hmm

Ron the store manager was great. He had very great people skills and answers all my question. I wouldn’t buy tires anywhere else thanks to him. Ron made sure to keep me updated as my vehicle was getting worked on and made sure I didn’t need anything. Strongly recommend this store due to his customer service skill.
