Vehicle runs smoother

James has outstanding customer service. I didn't have an appointment and he took me in without a problem. I watch him interact with everyone and I can tell he is a great leader and amazing with his customers. I will be back for next service because of this experience.

ONLY thing that bothered me about the service had appointment for 2pm took 2:15hour to change (1) tire and rotate they are over booking again Profit over People. I hope they can do a better job with Customer Service when it comes to scheduling appointments "BETTER COMMUNICATION"!

With the coupon a full synthetic oil change and 5 tire rotation was around $70.00..I had an appointment and they completed the work in about an hourAll in all a good experience..

Caleb Johnson was very friendly and helpful. He advised how often I should change my full synthetic oil, he called me promptly when the car was ready, he was very organized when I came to pickup my keys and pay, and he went the extra mile to make sure my wiper fluid was topped off. This was my best oil change experience since I got my car December of 2018.

They did not bother to inflate my tires. I had to stop at Wawa to get air because my Tires were at 29 and 28 psi.

Jose Martinez took good care of my vehicle and me; he gave a little bit of a discount on the 5-year tire alignment program, and the vehicle's servicing was completed earlier than expected! I'm very thankful :)
