Good job with the service

I was greeted very promptly when I arrived with one customer at the desk in front of me. I was given an update on my service after it was started and no air leak on my tire was found when it was dismounted and put under water. I suggested that the slow air leak I was experiencing on the front right tire was likely due to a faulty valve stem. The service agent / mechanic then looked specifically for this fault which was not apparent until the car was put back on the ground so that the tire in question was under a weight load. The valve stem was then replaced by the mechanic and the slow air leak problem was solved. These slow air leak problems can often be difficult to solve.

Had to jumpstart my car. Drove to Tire Kingdom. Got toTire Kingdom and the manager greeted me immediately and when I told him the issue d me to drive around to the technician bay and they would give me a free battery check. After determining the battery was bad the manager had a technician install new Interstate battery. Since the battery that went bad was an Interstate battery installed by aTire Kingdom in 7/2019 I was entitled to a prorated discount of $53 on the new battery. The new battery was installed and I was out of there in less than 30 minutes! Yhanks Tire Kingdom for your great service. BTW I have been foing there for over 25 years!
