Tire Kingdom

The TPMS was not functioning correctly and had to return twice to have them attempt to reset it. Now having to go to the dealer. However, they did a great job with the tires themselves.

Sales associate Rodrique was courteous knowledgable, and helpful, came for an oil change but also had a type of cover plate that was hanging loose and he had the repair guy put it back in place, no charge, very happy with that!

They were nice and worked quickly.

Excellent customer service, were cheaper than anywhere else I been considering different tire sizes on my car. They had all 4 tires in stock and offered me extended services. My sales rep was very informative and helpful. Highly recommend.

I was not informed about anything that was done to the vehicle. They just took the keys and brought it back when it was done.

They refused to rotate my tires. Tried to upsell me on new tires I didnt need and filters they werent checked at all.

I have never felt so taken advantage of in my life. The oil change pretty straight forward but they said they needed to add brake fluid and it was 10 dollars. When it came time to pay the fluid was 10 dollars but they charged 69 dollars plus to put it in of which they never told me about that. When getting ready to do the tire rotation they said I needed new tires and they could have the there tomorrow. Even though they were changing the tire the next day they still charged me for the tire rotation. I was really disappointed with their overall lack of honesty and fairness
