20 days after my car's wheels were balanced & alignment done, we noticed a small vibration around 50mph. I took it back to TK at 7:30 this day. The Rep told me they were book but could give me an Appointment for 11am. I came back at that time and they took my Genesis right in. 30min later it was parked outside. It sat there for another 30min. I ask if it was done. They told me it only had the Service Check of Battery, Alignment etc., which I didn't ask for. It was done at 12:30! No ticket!

I made an appointment and when I arrived the technician pulled my car right inside

I have been a tire kingdom user for years. It is very nice that the staff knows me on a friendly basis. Sometimes they go above and beyond to assist me when there is an issue.

The associate was extremely courteous and professional. He also explained everything Very clearly.

Daniel Justus( manager) was very polite and informative on product when initially called. Daniel got my car started when I arrived. Also store was welcoming as soon as walked in door. Will definitely recommend him to others.

a went well with my service and an extra service was asked by me and the tech did it without any problems. i truly appreciate their kindness and prompt attention to my vehicle
