Rooms poorly maintained. No garbage can or glasses

Old and unpleasant. Drinks were watered down. Servers slow and kept losing/forgetting orders. Just looks sad, old and gloomy

Ate a pizza at a little stand - not inside the food court but almost across from the buffet. The persons running it are very unfriendly, rude actually!

The shower was gross. And I saw a cockroach in the hall. And the elevators all need attention

What a horrible parking situation. Couldn't get in Valet, said it was for hotel guest ect. Drove past a ton of open valet spots so I don't know why I couldn't valet on a Sunday night?!?

Didn't like the food

We were offered free drink coupons. Never got them. It was s joke! The place is dirty and old.

It is bad the parking garage is dismal The casino and resturaunts need updating badly Very dirty up front of hotel need to get rid of venders on tithe front of hotel very cheesy sad to see such a nice hotel run by Caesars Entertainmet do so badly! Clean it up!

The rooms are horrible. They show newly renovated rooms but they're not. Doors broken in the rooms. Outlet covers missing. Totally dissatisfied.

Got bedbug bites.
