I received absolutely poor service from Midas. This was the first time time that service was poor. Tried to overcharge me. The manager would not return my phone call as I requested. Charged me for an alternator twice and only installed one. The bad part about it wouldnt communicate with me by calling me. I would not recommend the Taylor location.

I needed my flat fixed. They fixed one hole and when I found another one that they missed they charged me again for fixing the hole. It should have been caught on the first day and not have to come back. They should not have charged me to fix the second one as it was on the same tire

Pasquale the Store Manager was very professional and treat everyone with utmost respect. He's a great Store Manager and this store is highly recommended.

I MADE MY APPOINTEMENT, DROPPED OFF MY CAR AND RECEIVED IT BACK ON THE SAME DAY. THE SERVICE WAS EASY AND I WAS NOT INCONVEIENCED.

They found a small staple in my tire causing a very, very slow leak. Done fast, friendly and well.
