I've been getting my oil changes here for some time--job always done right and at a fair price! That keeps me coming back!

Excellent service. Especially under duress. There was another rude customer that tried to barge in ahead of me and although I wanted to comment, your service manager handled her well. She stormed out of the store and then call back to complain more and your other manager tried to resolve the issue very professionally despite the rude customer still complaining. Very professional staff.

Great service as usual, bought many sets of tires from this tire kingdom and had numerous repairs on many different makes of autos. The service has always been very good with no pressure for unneeded work. I went for a tire rotation and was out in about 30min

Management was what I feel was the most honest and helpful I've experienced. Hour and half i was there I heard only helpful suggestions to customers.

I had originally set up my appointment online. When I arrived on the scheduled day and time, my tires had not arrived to the store. The store went above and beyond to get me a deal on tires they could find at other locations and get me taken care of.

Had a dead battery..had road side svs jump start..called Tire Kingdom and they said they would fit me in and did. Quick and almost painless..battery was expensive!!! I had previously scheduled an oil change today, but cancelled due to dead battery..he said he could still do oil chg, but decided to do that after the hurricane...needed the battery first. Said oil was fine and no problem waiting..very nice, compassionate, and got the job done...so very pleased.
