They fixed the issues in a timely manner.

For the second day in a row, I had a nail in a tire. When I brought it in they were very busy. Jerald asked me to come back in the afternoon,to call him in advance. When I got there it was obvious that they were swamped, but he was very pleasant and accommodating to all the customers. I didn't mind waiting my turn. Jerald Paul L de la Paras was very courteous, also Tim, who patched the tire. In two days I had very satisfying experiences ( I responded to my email explaining my first flat when Pasquale Sanserverino took excellent care of me), and I hope you let both Jerald and Pasquale that I will continue to come to Tire Kingdom, with non-emergent reasons,hopefully, because of their service.

Guys there take good care of me. Rob, Terry and the crew got me in and out at a good price.

No issues with the service at this location. It was just a quick pit stop to get an oil change since I was due and I had two weekends with road trips planned coming up.

My tire alarm was indicating low pressure- 20psi and I saw a nail. I pulled into the driveway as Pasquale Sanseverino arrived. He was wonderful! Started to take my tire off before opening and his mechanics arrived. I was so impressed with his friendliness and willingness to help me with my flat before the store opened. At 8 several customers came and he kept working on my car. I explained to the customers what was happening and they were fine. When his dad mechanic came in he saw to the customers and they were happy that I was ok. You have a very good employee in Pasquale and I will definitely tell my family and friends! Judy Measor

This was the easiest and least stressful purchase of tires I have ever made. The front office employee Jordan Kincaid was incredibly both personable and professional. And her knowledge about tires and related services was obvious. She is an excellent representative of your company!!!

The service was fine. The lady that assisted us was very nice and handled the transaction efficiently. No issues with this garage so far.

Jordan at the front was extremely helpful and made my visit a pleasant experience while explaining the unexpected few extras I needed done for the safety of my car. She explained very well over the phone why and what needed to be done.
