The sales associate was great. She explained everything well showed. She showed me different prices of what was available. The service didn’t take long. The waiting lobby was clean. I definitely plan on coming back within the next two weeks.

I had a great experience from the time I arrived until my car service was complete. Patrick and his crew were very polite and professional. I was given Extremely clear instruction on the problem as well as the solution. The entire process went smooth and I would highly recommend this facility to anyone.

Patrick and the team came to the rescue when I walked out of work to find a flat tire! Friendly, efficient, went above and beyond! Will definitely be back, as well as referring others!

Dropped the car off for work on Friday at noon. Gave them a 5:00pm pick up time but was told it would be ready before that. When I was dropped off at 5:15, the work hadn't even started. I was told it would be another hour but as I was supposed to meet my wife for dinner, I just had her pick me up and had to come back the next day to pick up the truck. I live 45 minutes away so this was SUPER inconvenient. Other than that, the service was fine.

The employee who helped me was very nice, and communicated with me every time it was a update on my car. Got other of there very fast even through I was a walk.

$90 to change out a battery under warranty??? What a disgrace! I could have gone to the mfg. and had it changed for $15...

I have a 2005 Nissan Altima with 231,000 miles. I discussed with Patrick what was necessary to be done to the vehicle. He listened to me...then gave his take on the needs of my car. We together thought it was more cost effective to do the 2 major services at once. Which would save me on labor. In Hope's that it will add to the life of this car. Even if it only gets me 1 to 2 years on this car...I believe it was worth doing. I recommend these guys at this shop...as they dont pressure to upsale you on more services. As a woman I try to research things on my car before going into get work done. I have been back here in Jacksonville for 4+ years now...and using this location for my car needs. I would recommend this TireKingdom..and Patrick

Came in for a tire, went to pick up my car and it wouldn't start. $400 dollars later and a new starter and the mechanic reported that the person who put my tire on "heard" a sound, but didn't report it. I dont know how they got my car into a parking spot. Will not be back.

The service was easy to schedule, done in a timely manner, and all issues/prices were communicated to me.

Over priced on the hoses, they wanted to do more work than needed, not vary impressed

I’ve been going to Tire Kingdom for 15 years now. Started going with my Dad and he built a great relationship with the people there that we ended up following one of the managers every time he moved stores. They’ve been everything to me since my Dad passed. They’ve helped so much. They are amazing!
