My service was great. Very fast and knowledgeable staff members .

The car was taken straight back and was able to see it being worked on and didn't take that long to get it done

Had a 1pm appt did pull the car in until 2:30 but once it was in the shop all went well

Went to one store on North Tryon St. the manager was on something and he wasnt acting right I was in his store for 30 mins and he didnt even help me. I was told to go to the other location. My nerves was so bad cause I was so upset the service was so unprofessional. Once I went to the other location they really fixed me up
