I was there nearly 4 HOURS to get two tired on my car, with just one other customer getting work done. Process was incredibly inefficient. For my Michelin mileage warranty claim, they made ME call and deal with Michelin to get clearance for the claim - the Michelin person said Tire Kingdom should have done it. That took about an hour. The tires were in their warehouse, but not in the store - but they did not go to get them until AFTER I'd been there well over an hour. Car handles funny now.
