The appointment process was amazing. Andrew had great communication on the process. I brought my car in . I only had to wait 45 minutes for the 4 tires. The guy in the back who worked on my vehicle was fast and efficient his name was Alonzo.

Andrew was the first to help and was able to get me in quickly (even on Christmas Eve) to replace my car battery. The price point was good and the battery was replaced quickly. All of the associates were courteous, professional and knowledgeable. Highly recommend and will be returning for other car needs!

got a flat. went to store i bought my tires at and he got me in. said it may take 2 hours but had me out in less then a hour

They deliberately tried to cause harm to me. They thought it was funny to put wheel weights around the entire circumference of all 4 tires. They destroyed my car and I intend to sue

Came in for a warranty alignment. Andrew got me all taken care of and James kept me up to date with my progress. Great work

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE

Andrew was very nice on the phone and he remembered ordering my tires. It was noted as an unusual size by the other representative. It was a comfort to be remembered, to get the job done, and be on my way.

Had an appointment for 3pm got out at 6pm

Came in for an alignment guys checked my car and found parts needed. Did not take advantage of me. He could have done the alignment and let me leave with bad parts.

They didn't follow the maintenance schedule, they had over looked the part of inspection of the steering linkage at 180000. Or noticed that my rack and pinion had a leak and didn't let me know at that time. Now at 193000, had an state inspection, they failed me because my rack and pinion has a leak. This could have been avoided if they had told me at the time of the 180000 maintenance schedule inspection. Also the past 3 oil changes had oil leaks from the drain plug. Had them fix it each time.

greeted quickly and given an immediate answer to my cars needs with an exact dollar amount and approximate wait time. this all without an appointment. much more than I expected
