This service visit was due to an errant dry wall screw finding its way into my driver-side rear tire tread. The screw was not deeply lodged, so removed it to reduce further damage. After contacting the local NTB (Beaumont, TX), they said they could get me in right away if I could get there soon. They had my car on the lift before I walked into the waiting room and had the tire off, patched, remounted, balanced and back on the car in less than 30 minutes. OUTSTANDING! Best surprise, is there was no charge (I purchased the warranty with the tires).

"I brought my vehicle in for a low tire. I feel that the two hours that I waited for them to look at my vehicle was ridiculously long. I could have gone anywhere else and been out in 20 minutes. This seems to be the norm for this location, as every time, I have had to wait about three times the amount of time I would wait anywhere else. I'm taking that business elsewhere."

The store was festive and very inviting. The staff was outstanding and got me in and out! I’ve been a customer for years and have never seen this store look this good! Highly recommend them!
