Quick service for a reasonable price!

As soon as I walked through the door I was greeted with a friendly smile by Demarco. He listened to the concerns I had and was able to resolve them quickly. Curtis was very nice and friendly as well. This was my first time going to NTB and I was thoroughly impressed. I will definitely be returning for future car services.

From finding my tires online, scheduling my appointment, showing up on time, the service team was polite, informative, and just plain knowlegable. The location of NTB on Richmond Avenue in Houston Texas is staffed and managed by the nicest group of guys. My previous mechanic had sheared a bolt off my tire and the technicians brought me back and showed me what happened. The fixed it so quickly and gave me a deal on the new lug nuts I needed, since it was an unexpected surprise. I have told everyone to get their tires and maintence from NTB. I compared NTB with Costco and Discount Tire and you guys are by far better in customer service AND prices AND when folks make an appointment, the technicians are efficient, thorough, and just plain friendly with good dispositions. And I am sure they deal with impatient people all the time. My NTB experience was superb and I am a forever customer.

I came in with a flat tire, and Demarco greeted me right away and was very friendly. I called over the phone 30 minutes before I came in to make sure my tire was in stock because all of the surrounding stores did not have my ANY of my tire sizes in stock and I did not want to drive on the spare back home an hour from where I got my flat. They made my bad day really good! Thanks for your help David, Luis, and Demarco.
