DeMarco, the store manager handled me in a timely manner, was very polite, and tried his best to assist me, offering beneficial information to me about my vehicle. The service was great! No complaints. He was very patient.

Demarco always makes me feel special when I go to this location. He is efficient and personable, all while being friendly and is the reason I pass by two NTB’s just to go to his anytime I need anything regarding my vehicle.

Fixed tire removed screw patched & balancedrotated tires and checked batt.condition all done in less than 1 hour....said checked serpentine eng belt & ac belt...said fared & new needed...doubtful if needed appears not fared or cracked and have only 24600 miles on them wanted $198.87 for new belts installed! I said not now! Sort of blew my trust in them. JOE ARP

I have been a long-standing customer of NTB for years. It is the only store that I have bought tires for my vehicles. In all my visits to the store, I have always been met by a friendly face and received excellent attention and care. Today was no exception. I went in yesterday, spoke to the manager DeMarco, told him what tires I wanted and he had them the next day for installation. That is the kind of service I like to receive.
