Staff was nice and friendly however they told me that they replaced my steering knuckle for $169. They also told me I needed to replace my suspension and it would cost $1098. Since I have a Safeguard extended warranty on my vehicle and NT does not partner with them I had to go to the Jeep dealership. At the Jeep shop I showed them the NTB invoice for additional repairs. 2 hours later The jeep dealer says NTB didnt change the steering knuckle and my suspension was loose. Tightened it for free.

Demarco Daniel was great. The man was working hard and solving problems.

Road hazard coverage is a rip off.
