Came in for brake check and they informed me my brakes are still in great shape, does guys are honest and hard working

Yes good 4 new tires after 2 or 3 week ago for oil change and tires rotation from Central North Ford service but I was frustrated app CARFAX wont change that same national tire battery. I did removed app !!!!!!

The Associate who provided service (Alex Dunagin) was kind and accommodating. I had a flat tire during evening rush hour, and limped my vehicle in. Alex told me there would be a wait. But, he personally went out and pulled my vehicle into the Service center bay, and assisted the service center technician diagnosing the problem. He quickly returned with the diagnosis, asked my permission to perform the repairs, and then accomplished the repair. I was in and out within 30 minutes. For this frustrated commuter from east Texas, Alex and his crew were a true blessing. He was a gentleman and a professional. He has my gratitude, and my respect. Allen Ross
