The process was smooth and the staff was courteous. I was told it wouldn't take long to replace my battery, told how much it would cost and then it was done very quickly for the price quoted.

My car's battery died on a Sunday morning. The nearby NTB store had my replacement in stock and had a convenient reservation time available the same day. I showed up about 30 minutes early, and the NTB crew was able to pull my car into the bay and install the new battery right away. Excellent service all around...thank you!
