The gentlemen who checked me in at the front desk was helpful and got my car right to the back for servicing. He kept me updated with the progress and answered a few questions that I had once the service was complete. He was very nice!

I Dropped off my car at 9:30 in the morning and they tod me its going to take hour and half but when I went to pick at 1 pm it was still inside fixing it

Ed gave great customer setvice and was very knowledgeable.

My concerns about rapid gas mileage decrease were dismissed and there seems to be a leak. I had to take my vehicle back for a filter and my car still isn't driving the same.

Reliable and honest service. Everytime I'm taking a trip I trust the service and advise of Ed (Manager) and Walter.

The sheet they gave me said my alignment was maxed out so they could not align it all the way. The next day my truck was still pulling hard so i crawed under the truck and seen the front cam bolts used for adjusting the tires was un touched, the back ones where maxed out and the tierods where untouched. I got out the ole tape measure and adjusted the tie rods the truck drives straight, and chalk on the tire said im not wearing on an odd pattern. But i will go to pep boys next time.

Employees are extremely professional and knowledgeable. They are customer service focused 100%. They exceeded my expectations in every way. Great experience all around. I feel comfortable that my car is safe and I have done my proper maintenance. Compensate these guys appropriately so you don’t lose them.

Bad experience tire pressure never checked and the men who was on the front desk Muler I feel like Racist he did the same thing to my friend not friendly at all he made me feel like I m not welcome in the shop but he was very nice with the other race .....

The store manager, Eduardo Mallard, was outstanding from start to finish. Before setting our appointment he explained various tire options for our vehicle explaining the value offers for Bridgestone, Firestone, and Michelin - the three brands we asked about. After selecting the brand we set our appointment for three days later. When we walked in he remembered my wife’s call, had the paperwork ready and thoroughly explained everything. He was knowledgeable, professional and was very friendly. He called during the work process explaining the front end alignment issue and we agreed to have it fixed. When we picked the car up he explained the data showing why the car needed alignment. At checkout he explained warranties and set up an email reminder for tire rotation every 5-6,000 miles. Eduardo Mallard is the best I have ever had at NTB and I’ve purchased many tires fro your stores. In fact, he may be the best retail support I’ve ever had.
