I was able to get in right away to get my tires aligned and oil change. The waiting room was nice-I was able to read my book or watch tv while I waited. It was very easy to book the appointment on line.

Reno and his crew are very professional and they get the job done the first time. I have never had to go back for additional work. One time Reno told me my car problem was beyond his crews expertise and suggested I take my car back to the dealer for repair. His honesty, up front, is why I trust his judgement and will recommend NTB in Bolingbrook to anyone needing a good and honest car shop. Car repair is important to me as well as new tires. I buy all my car tires from NTB. The tire pricing seem fair and Reno always seems to find and additional discount for long time customers. I could say more about Reno but I believe his Management already knows.
