I unexpectedly had to purchase tires due to a blowout. Milton Flores explained that my tires were no longer made. Because I need performance tires, we had to replace all 4, not just 1 or 2. He suggested another brand that were cheaper & would do the job based on my driving. I was skeptical, but willing try them. We had brought in the tires & rims to be changed out, then had to bring the car back for alignment. Everyone we came in contact with was pleasant & courteous. I am very pleased with the handling/ride of my car with these new tires. I have tried called to tell Milton how happy I am, but he was busy with another customer, so I left a message. I believe in telling someone what a great job they've done, not just giving out complaints.

I went in with a low tire ,they patched the tire and rotated them for me.Germain De Jesus is a VERY PROFESSIONAL manager I could not be any happier with the service the whole staff gave me.JUST WANT TO THANK THE WHOLE STAFF their customer service is the BEST.

Had a flat tire. NTB was close by. Tire not reparable. Purchased comparable replacement tire. Installation was done in a timely fashion. Spare and jack was replaced, and TPMS was reset. Great experience.

We called to bring in our car and we brought it in and it was done in an hr.



I neglected to get the name of the counter guy who waited on me but from my perspective DO WHATEVER IT TAKES TO KEEP HIM, your best advertising is the people who wait on the customers and this guy was simply great.
