Great customer service

Battery went Bad after only 17 months. Full replacement guaranteed up to 30 months. Replaced battery but charged $60 to install it. Why should I pay for install on a covered warranty replacement?

the experience was my last !tread depth read incorrectly and when questioned manager said no warranty m be some other problem. sent tech to ck and all he did was confirm all man uv factued xx same date. the last time i was there they said one of these tires was unrepairable. NO mention of road hazard that i had purchased! really poor!!! last tone i will deal with location or company. ps program would not allow me to select 1 star

I did not take my car into CarMax for service on my 2006 Hyundai Elantra

Employees listened and were very thorough. Especially Giovanni. I wish it would’ve been a little less expensive. I just had my brake pads replaced in November and now my rotors needed to be replaced. I didn’t think that would happen so soon.

Great place and people. I only give it one start because it took over 2 hours for an oil change. This location needs more people to fully staff it.
