bartenders were garbage. although they were not busy it took over 10 minutes for anyone to take our drink order. bartender then only made one drink when we ordered two. drinks were poorly made and service was terrible

Impossible to get a rating at the tables. Sit down buy in gamble lose your money leave before anyone comes to rate you

Gambling was terrible. Payout was about 50% on video poker. Other people complaining all over. Won't go back again.

No bellman or doorman at check in. Front desk clerk rude. Tried to charge early check in fee. Burgers at sugar factory were hockey pucks. Wine took 20 minutes for server to bring. COMPLETELY UNDERWWELMING to be here. May not stay at Caesars again.
