I was nervous coming in to get my car checked because I don’t know a single thing about cars, and I was scared it’d be expensive. Not only was it cheap, but my nerves dropped because the NTB associates were extremely helpful and patient with me, even if I had silly questions. They made sure I understood them, and it made my entire experience go smooth.
