Had tire issue leaving work. I work in Richmond but live in Fredericksburg. Had my sister call around for me and she got Darrell on the phone and she explained what I needed. He let her know that we had the size tires in stock and they would be happy to help me. When I arrived Darrell greeted me with the biggest smile. Explained to me the condition of my tires and what needed to be replaced. Very grateful and thankful as we're expecting snow tomorrow.

Daryl booked my car in for a checkup on a potential belt problem. Within 15 minutes he contacted me with the news his inspection was complete and that he would like to show me his results. When I returned, he took me into the bay and showed me exactly what a prior shop had (and had not) done to my belt/pulley system and encouraged me to take photographs of what he had found so I could better explain the problem to them. I've not found this quality of service in a very long time and am delighted to have found NTB Southpoint Parkway. I will return!
