The store manager at the front desk was very friendly. M ycar was taken quickly after the customer in front of me was taken care of. And within minutes of my car beingp pulled into the garage I was invited in to see that the belt on my engine was worn through and needed to be replaced. Given a quote at the end of my service today for the belt and scheduled that appointment.

There's not a lot of extra words for an oil change.

I had a 9am appointment for an oil change. The work was done quickly and and I was able to leave by approx. 10am. I have used Merchants in the past and I plan to continue to use them.
