NTB installed my tire in the time frame they said they do it in and they will tell you if you have anything wrong with your wheels

Scheduled online was easy, plus able to select a day that allowed for a discount. Work completed as scheduled. Friendly staff

They fixed tires fine. Just wish they would not try to upsell every time I go there.

I had taken my car to another store due to a nail in the tire. They patched the tire and did not explain to us that it should not have been patched due to where the nail punctured the tire. The gentlemen at this NTB location explained and actually showed me where the issue was and why the tire should have just been replaced vs being patched. I did not have an appt but they got my car in and took care of the issue fast.

Did a timely job on doing the oil change and tire rotation. The problem was when I picked up my white Camry, it had a huge greasy hand print on the hood and another one by the driver door. Ive never been given a vehicle after its been serviced like that. In fairness, I took the car back the next day and showed the manager and he it cleaned right away.

I bought two new Michelin Defender XLT valve stems were not replaced tires over-inflated to 50 psi this just so happens to be the only n t b that I use very disappointed with this service recommend that you hire better service techs your salesman was excellent

Very friendly and helpful people

Price was good but the technician left my aluminum wheels dirty and greasy and there were chips from the impact wrench on one wheel. Also the yellow balance dot on two of the four new tires did not align with the valve stem.

Mike R. got my car in for an oil change same day. Urgent situation with the oil and Mike R. got me in same day even without an appointment. Thanks Mike!

Spoke to Mike prior to coming in he was very courteous on the phone. Told me to come in didn't need appointment. Took care of me right away. Was in and out within the hour. Service was superior

Hazell Stoudmire! I stopped in because I had a nail in my tire. Hazell came out and took a look at it and had me in and out in about an hour, just like he said. I felt he valued me as a customer regardless of what service I was getting.
