Great fast friendly service

very close and location and $20 coupon made oil change more reasonable. I like that we could drop off the car the evening before and also to schedule and pay online.

Initially I wasnt very happy. This stems from the website not the staff at NTB although I should of been made aware the tires being installed were light truck tires not passenger tires for my Chrysler 300. When I entered my vehicle on the website it came up with multiple choices that were light truck or SUV tires . I didnt know that so the ones I chose were not passenger tires . Ultimately the manger made it right by swapping the tires with correct tires for my car . Very inconvenient .

Had a problem with tire monitoring system after new tires were installed...they did fix it however

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. They fixed my tire, changed my oil and rotated the tires quickly. Overall it was a great experience!
