The manager and associates were very helpful and courteous and getting our tire ordered in and replaced.

The wait was over 2 hours for this service to be completed. I WAS told this on the front end so not a big deal. They missed my engine oil on the fluid check even after I mentioned being a bit low. Good thing I checked before taking the road trip this service was supposed to prepare me for.

Purchased new tires. They ordered the wrong to begin with. When the tires came in, I got sticker shock from what they told me verbally over the phone. Maybe miscommunication. So, we ordered a different tires. I arrived and they changed them. Went well. However, my pressure monitoring showed the air pressure was not filled correctly in the tires. All 4 were different. I verified at home with my tire gauge and adjusted the pressure myself.

front desk service good, tire checker not so good, how can a tire seravice person not see the gash on my tire the first time, the second day other tire service person saw it and i got a new tire no cost. other than that it is a good shop on Henderson blvd tampa, fl.

The service and attitude at this particular Tire Kingdom was horrible. I believe the rude Sales Associate's name was Christopher Schroeder. I will never go there again. I give this location the poorest of poor ratings. For some reason it will only allow me to give a fair rating, as the lowest rating. They will not allow me to give a poor rating on this app oh, and I don't know why that is either.

Total scam artists. Waited to hours after a second follow up visit to repair my tire valves. $65/valve was the estimate. Turns out they wouldnt do the work unless I spent over $1600 on new tires. Waste of time and trust. Typical tire store service looking to upsell instead of provide good trusted service. Will not be going back there.

They said my car was not aligned properly and within 6 months of buying new tires, 2 were nearly bald. Even though I paid for a warranty package and they were supposed to have aligned it when they put the new tires on and fixed the issue on the front end. I have paid for 8 tires within a year and I feel cheated. Then they want to sell me on brakes that they also were supposed to have changed prior as well....

The mechanics did a great job! I purchased 4 new tires and alignment. My car feels and runs great with my new tires. Joseph was awesome! So patient with customers, answered all questions, give that guy a raise 👍

Joseph Wallace was very polite and very friendly. I was quoted an hour and it only took around 30 minutes to patch my tire. Was very satisfied.

Was greeted right as I walked in. Very helpful and was able to take a look at it right away when I didn’t have an appointment.
