Service manager Dan Marvin was very friendly, accommodating, and concise when he was assisting me today. I was very grateful for his explanations and communication during my visit today.

The problem was taken care of right away. A little pricey but, otherwise great.

Ronnie was attentive, courteous & professional. He listened to my concern and he was able to have it addressed in a timely manner. I suspected an oil leak & was shown the Valve cover gasket is in need of replacing.

I worked with Dan Marvin on servicing my son's car. He was very professional and explained everything that needed to get done to the T. I had opened up a tire Kingdom card online. When it came to put repair cost on the card there were some issues since it was a new card. Dan went over and above making multiple calls to get it squared away. I can't thank him enough for that. It would have been easy for him to just tell me to handle it.

I feel like your stores take advantage of older women. I know for a fact it has been done to me, but I'm on to them now. I will ask for specific services and I will never let them talk me into stuff I don't need again without calling my son. Shame on all of them for doing this. It's very shameful.
