Technician clearly explained an issue with my tire rotation, rusted lug nuts, showed me the problem, ordered new lug nuts and showed me the difference. Very friendly, informative, wanted to be sure I was satisfied.

I had made an online appointment for a tire rotation, then later decided that I wanted an oil change. I looked at your website to see my options, and saw that there was a $20 off deal if you booked your oil change online. Technically, I had not booked an oil change online, only a tire rotation. When I arrived today, I explained this to the person who helped me, and he said that I could still have the $20 off. Additionally, my car was serviced within the hour, as he had promised. Great job!
