Booked appointment online, but didn't show in their system. When I arrived they seemed very annoyed with me, so that didn't make me feel good. Once the work was underway, they were very knowledgeable and did great work, and fast service too! Just wish they hadn't made me feel bad for the computer error regarding my appointment!!

Bill did a great job with communication and efficiency. He was friendly and explained the whole process.

Nice people, did a good job on fixing steering and stopped the oil leaks, but I got the car back and alignment was way off - wheel was cocked and car pulled badly to the left. Im sure theyll get it fixed but itll cost me yet another day without the car. Oh, and theyre bloody expensive!

The actual service was done professional. However, the cost was excessive, considering that the very next day I received a coupon in the mail $30 of the full synthetic oil change. If I had been told there was a sale starting the next day, I would have scheduled accordingly.
