I had a slow leak in my tire. I am a regular customer of this location. Came in on a Thursday and was told by mgr. without even looking up that they could book me for the next Tuesday! Came back Tuesday after filling tire daily. Got a call that they couldn’t find my tool to unlock lug nut. This location was last place to use it, Showed documents that verified what I told them They basically said I must have lost it even though it was nowhere in my car. I obviously never got it back during my last visit. Had to go to Porsche dealer to get lugs off. Ordered a new tire and went to another tire shop in the area. Great service and they now have a new customer. I own several cars and always went to Tire Kingdom…..not any more.

I checked in a little early but was greeted by Greg, by name, in a very friendly manner. He reviewed what service was needed & got the truck taken in at the scheduled time. During the inspection, the mechanic found the brake fluid extremely low & really dirty plus 2 tires were too old to be rotated. Greg explained that they highly recommended the brake fluid be changed now & gave me a quote for replacement tires. I agreed to the brake fluid changeout & took the quote under advisement. I feel very confident that this garage has my best interest in mind, especially based on the high mileage on my truck.

I had been going to Tire Kingdom for many years. Had a window repair they got me into their schedule next day which really helped my situation. What was huge is they finally figured out why my van was dying unexpectedly while driving. They experienced the issue several times while driving the van into the lift and out. They turned off the AC and it worked! Thus they told me since they didn't have a person to do the repair that day that most likely it was my AC compressor that was bad and simply driving without the AC on would clear up the problem and associate was friendly letting me know cost of repair of one component vs. warrantee repair for more money with all components though some might not have needed replacement so I can budget towards a future fix. Great people!

The Tire Kingdom on University Parkway has an excellent store manager and staff. It is a pleasure to visit this facility.

Greg and Team are all phenomenal, I've received nothing but excellent service at this store. Having a trusted mechanic is rare these days and Greg and this store's staff provide that peace of mind, so I will continue to bring my business here.

All staff at the location were very friendly and helpful. I added a couple of requests when I arrived for the service, and they were happy to help with those. I had some brake lines I needed installing and they were happy to do that even though I hadn't booked it, but then they found the brake lines I'd bought didn't fit my car, which was really helpful in itself rather than trying to install the wrong things! They explained why they wouldn't fit, and gave me a quote for purchasing the right ones, which I will probably come back for soon.
