Employees pleasant. Took 2 hours to repair my flat tire, but I did come in at 4PM on a rainy Friday... The A/C in the waiting room was freezing.

My mileage was misread. It was supposed to be 168,670 instead of 192,101. I told them to correct it during checkout. They did because my bill does display the 168,670 mileage. I don't know why it's reported at 192,101.

Tires rotated and balanced. Car shook over 50MPH after service. Brought it back and found out that all four tires were totally out of balance and were low on air. Shaking eliminated after this second visit.

Coolant was also changed. Its an extremely busy location. Supervisor appears to be knowledgeable.

I had an appointment for two new tires 2 days from today. One of my old tires starting leaking air. I was able to get both tires earlier than my appointment. Overall it took about an hour and a half which is excellent for a busy Friday. I’m highly satisfied and will continue coming to tire kingdom.

Ok --had a problem with my passenger seat tire--cost me 1,600.00 for a rim

There was 3 service people helping customers so wait time was minimum

12/2016 Fixed flat tire with a patch, had to have re-done 10 days later as patch failed (had slow leak)...

The sales associate s were very helpful and knowledgeable about all the products. They were also very respectful and well informed

won't let me pick just one star. I called many tire places and chose to go with Tire Kingdom. Made an appointment for 4 new cooper tire installation on Tuesday Dec 1. By the time I got home that evening the car was pulling to straight to the left. I went back in and they said I needed cam bolts. It wasn't pulling left or right when I came in so why now? Called a mechanic that had done my breaks a month ago, no way it it the cam bolts, 5 days later still not fixed. Back to TK tomorrow.

I would love to say it was great but I Was not happy . Sure they changed the oil but not not change the sticker and yes they rotated my tires but left a huge greasy hand print on my trunk. Yes I am particular and have spent more than $9,000 with Tire Kingdom over the past 4 years - so I am not happy about the service I received. Will I be back I do not know .

They cracked the outside cover in changing my cabin air filte- not too happy about that

The Tallahassee branch did not return the wheel locks for our car after a prior repair. This location had our car towed and rectified the problem for us. I was very upset because my children drove in a vehicle that was supposed to be repaired, however it was unsafe and in need of 2 new tires. The Jupiter branch explained the problem and made it right. I will be drafting a letter regarding the other branch.

They werent even able to put my tires on.

Had the tires I wanted in stock and was able to schedule the next day for installation.
