I have unfortunately taken my car to other places and the service at this Tire Kingdom is the best and I will be using this Tire Kingdom for all my cars.

This gentleman has a true understanding of the value of outstanding customer service; he is very professional, polite and willing to receive/ explain all my questions with courtesy. We have been taking our car here since 2018 and havent experienced any issues. I do wish the labor charge on some services that are quick and easy were lower though.

The environment was clean but seating limited due to COVID-19. I saw employees cleaning surfaces and door handles multiple times. The service was timely and the job performed right.

Armand pobletto is an asset to your company and the service industry. Always polite always under control despite the unpleasantness of some of the customers. You would be well advise to keep him and promote him to Senior Management .

The tech didn't check the tire pressure, I had to go back the next day to add Air to the tires.

They were very sufficient and when the tire was the wrong size they found the right one and kept it in the price range I was quoted

Was company and techs ever!!! Did wheel alignment when picked up car my will was at 75 degrees and tech said it cannot be done by him and to go to dealership and didnt give me a refund, in future before taking a car you will damage dont take it!!!

Dwight ARTURO Williams was my associate and he was wonderful. He gave me great service and had my vehicle checked over for no added charge. I was concerned about my transmission due to a class action lawsuit, but the trouble is my tires. I have an appointment to have two replaced for now. Very kind and understanding gentleman.
