Good job

Did not have a scheduled appt. I had a nail in tire that could not be repaired, had to be replaced. They were clear in telling me there were 5 cars in front of me because I had to wait there. Despite that, my wait was just around 2 hours. I felt that was very reasonable. Actually less than I expected.

Service Manager treated me very well. To bad he was the only person working the desk. He had his hands full with customers arriving and associated from the shop needing his assistance.

i believe they really over price the brakes, and gave me a really high quote for some rear shocks

I had such a great first experience; this second visit wasn't good. No call to tell me service was complete. I asked if they would put on new wiper blades I had purchased; guy said sure, no problem but they didn't install them and one was all bowed and messed up (but not installed). No one discussed the inspection with me (where apparently a couple things were found). And to top it all off- their "get the 7th free" promotion? They lost it and restarted me at only having had 1 service.

Originally bought my tires with this T/K/ even though associates have changed over the years, the service has not waned. Personell have always been cortial even though they are truly over worked..

Did not reset oil change light. Told me my car needed brakes VERY BADLY and needed them replaced within a week. Got a second opinion at Arrows and they said my brakes were okay and did not needed replaced at this time.
