Women to Tire Kingdom on Semoran Boulevard to get an oil change and tire rotation. I specifically requested not to have the multi-point inspection performed on my car. It was noted on my work order. when I was told my vehicle was ready I was told that my battery was not performing well and all my fluids in my car were filthyI I asked why this was performed when I specifically asked for it not to be. I was told that it is a liability issue, this is untrue! There are no state guidelines

they did not complete the job on my steering and my steering wheel was crooked and took it back in the second time they did it its still Crooked

Meet expectations

Shop removed cowling at base of windshield to get to strut assembly. Removed all plastic tabs and did not replace. Cowling was shoved in haphazardly and caused 3 cracks in passenger corner of windshield. One of these cracks quickly spread across passenger side of windshield. Tech also left a large, flathead screwdriver in engine bay. Shoddy work and trying to get Midas to take responsibility for windshield replacement. Shop manager was rude.

If you look up the definition of Amazing in the dictionary, they should put a picture of Dale and George. They were extremely helpful and provided amazing customer service. All this within the limited time I had.

My oil change and tire rotation turned to a nightmare because of a lug nut. The manager was very helpful to explain and I will return to fix problem at no charge.
