I did not have an appointment. Still, I was treated courteously. The alternate possibilities of repairing or replacing the tire was explained clearly. The associate was courteous and professional. He explained the approximate time depending on what he found. I was completely confident that my problem would be handeled professionally.

The associates were friendly and professional. When I walked into the lobby there were a few customers ahead of me, but the associates acknowledged me and when my turn came, they apologized for the wait and proceeded to handle my appointment competently and efficiently.
