Courteous staff explained everything thoroughly and discussed options and timelines.

I had had my battery checked at another place they said I needed an alternator but because of your conveinentt payment plan I brought it here. Thinking of the alternator and labor. Got here was immediatly greeted by Jimmy. Real friendly , nice guy. He tested my battery and said that was the problem. 20 minutes and here I am writing this before I even leave the parking lot. That is how satisfied with my experience.

Went to pick up my car and they forgot to rotate my tires as requested so I had to wait some additional time when I got there, about 15 minutes, plus the rotation didn't get entered on my Carfax.
