Did not reset oil light

Excellent customer service. I came in at the end of the day with a nail in my tire and the guys were able to fit me in before closing.

It was not so good in fact sense I received my oil change my engine is smoking and femus is coming out into my dashboard

Wife thought she had nail in tire. Tire was checked and tested. No holes found

Very nice staff but after I left the shop I smelled burning and still do. Oil was spilled on manifold and I still have continues burning smell.

The service manager provided excellent customer service…honestly and efficiently.

Had to return to the shop for the alignment as it was not performed correctly the first time

Had front alignment done a week ago but unfortunately it needs realignment....very disappointed...

We were traveled to South Carolina when our tire blew…… it was Sunday an everything was closed …… got online and found Tire Kingdom….. called and the manager Shawn understood our situation and kindly took us in and put a new tire our car. Thank you Shawn and thank you Tire Kingdom.

I didn't have a appointment but it is unsatisfactory service when you bring car in at 9AM and it's not done until 4PM. Time is very important to me

When calling the representative told me that it will be about an hour For the services I told him I could pick it up next day no problem and he said it would be ready and it was.

Didnt get the battery with a recall alternaterror that destroyed my battery had to pay out of my pocket for it .
