I made an appt Vehicle service started quickly after appointment I waited for vehicle I was slightly disappointed it took hour and a half for the service instead of the hour I expected.

Friendly service.... good price...includes free car wash! You must remove skid plate to complete oil change. Service technician was worried about removing skid plate because of corrosion on the bolts but I gave him authorization and it was removed and reinstalled with zero issues.

The associates customer-focused approach was surprisingly great! They also completed the service very quickly and it was done very well.

The guys worked fast and efficiently.

This has been my go-to place for the last 6 years. People are friendly and service is quick. It is a easy location to get into and out. Thanks for a pleasant visit. Mike Morgart

"Satisfied" because you don't wait WITH your car and as always y'all were busy. The mechanics do an excellent job and make sure everything is working good. Shawn and Caleb are knowledgeable. friendly, and don't mind a conversation while you wait. Main reason I use Tire Kingdom--here--- and NTB--in S. Carolina--- y'all use VALVOLINE.

It was fast and quick. No waiting.

The service team was working very hard to keep up with the demand of customers coming in the door. They did not get frustrated but the man taking care of me was pulled in three directions and I felt it took away from my experience. The people working with customers need more help. This is a busy store and to have only two employees helping customers is not acceptable

Appointment was at 3pm, I arrived about 2:45, my truck was on the lift within 10 minutes and I was out in less than an hour.
