Came in with 2 unexpected flats everyone inside was helpful and clearly communicated and given how last minute it was the wait wasn’t bad. I ended up having a warranty which I’m happy was checked b/c I didn’t know I had one. Top tier service!

Flat tire while running errands - this location of TK was a quarter mile away. Was able to have the tire patched at zero cost. The person who assisted me was thorough and reassuring in his communication.

They got me in right away and had everything done within 15 minutes. They are always so accommodating, even if I just need air in my tires.

Since moving to Jacksonville, this location is the best. Excellent customer service. Manager and front desk staff, very professional and pleasantly accommodating. Will only patronize this location regardless of the distance.

The shop personnel were very professional and understanding. I had an alternator die out-of-town and decided to bring my car back to Tire Kingdom, having used one of their other brands in the past. I was not disappointed. Between the fast shop service and professionalism of the service writers, as well as the fact that one of their techs worked past the end of his shift to get my car fixed, I was not only grateful, I was very impressed. I would definitely recommend this shop to anyone.

Jimmy was extremely helpful with getting my car in and out especially since I was a walk in I really do appreciate him getting right into fixing my tire. During my check out process Caleb was very kind he explained my service and total to me again and made my check out experience very nice thank you all again

The advisor we had was very helpful with assisting my kid with repairs to the tires for their montero when walmart couldn't complete the job. They were able to mount the spare tire tire as well. After the trauma of a blow out on the Buckman and the ineptitude of walmart... my kid and I now feel safe with them driving the vehicle again. After all was said and done... the repairs we less than quoted and I was able to pay online and pick it up without issue. This owner will definitely be back after the great customer service experienced at Tire Kingdom in Oakleaf.

Great and friendly service from staff; communication was good and they made the process seamless and smooth. Job was done in less than an hour.

Difficult flat repair with after market lug bolt needed to be removed. Technician took extreme caution to remove same without damaging threads and replacing with standard lug nut causing no further damage.

I have a site development and land clearing business so we are in the customer service industry and we also buy a lot of tires that’s why I use Shawn and his crew, they always do a great job helping me get my tires put on the rims or whatever I need done, great guys and def will be returning and recommending this exact store to other in the future, it is people like them that make the difference in todays world.
