Kind, polite and helpful customer service

SERVICE IS GREAT WHEN THEY FINALLY GET IT TOGether. This was our fourth time for the same problem and was charged /paid for the fix each visit. Frustrating. We felt basically helpless.

My experience with tire kingdom was awesome, Sean helped me out from start to finish. Was easy to work with and I didn’t feel like I was being sold unnecessary products or services. Great communication was illustrated while my car was being serviced. Sean is a great asset to the tire kingdom team!

Overall Service was good, I was told I could get a tire rotation at the quick stop, but that wasnt true, that's the only reason my experience wasnt excellent.

Need an extra person helping to check in customers with appointments. It took 30 minutes to check in. No fault of employee. He was steadily busy and patient with nonsense customers.

Have to go back tire sensors aren't working properly. The sensor warning is on.

Caleb was attentive, polite, and overall exceeded expectations.

The went above and beyond to assist with my tire. They checked the rest of my tires and I ended up purchasing three total and a front end alignment.

The professionalism and courtesy was not only top notch with me but the other customers in the building. All people I spoke with from the time I dropped my car off until I picked it up all had a great attitude and we're more than helpful to make sure everything was done correctly!
