Everything would be OK but they forgot to reset the computer to confirm oil was changed and also forgot to put the oil change sticker on the windshield.

It was a pleasure working with Jack and Eddie. Very flexible!

they did a great job but every time I go they seem to always find a lot more they can do for me today easily. it seems to always be about $1,000 of additional repairs I wasn't planning on.

Eddie and Jack are both friendly and informative on all car matters. The mechanics mirror their positive attitudes and are all always willing to educate the clients on their car needs. 12 out of 10, highly recommend to anyone looking to get work done on their car.

They didnt check my tire pressure . Got the low pressure alarm as I drove off.

Service is good but they have extra vechile inspection check which is free and they didnot checked it properly. One of my car tire was not having sufficient air pressure and they didnot filled it up. It was expected from them to do it.

Ashley was very honest and polite and very knowledgeable about the work that was being done.

The people at check in and out seem to be not happy with their job, are not very polite and have little patience. Additionally forgot to reset the computer to show service was performed. Also car was returned with one of the wheels nuts missing.

I am highly satisfied with the employee who attended on my service. The only thing is that the tires didnt arrive on time so the promised time is not met but things are well handled properly by the sales representative
