Counter person very knowledgeable and friendly. Time it took my service was not long at all. The facility was very clean. Everyone I came in contact with was very polite and friendly.

Went in for hole in tire. Mechanic found tire was damaged internally from riding on tire while deflating. Had road hazard, so new tire was free. Personnel was fast and friendly.

The Assistant Manager (I forgot her name) was very attentive to my needs and concerns. She gave great advice regarding all questions asked. Derrick and Cornell were very professional and informative, as well. Cornell is the greatest; he keeps me coming back to have all of my vehicles serviced.

I needed a patch for my 22 inch tire and asked if they could do it without scratching my factory rim. My rim looks perfect, like it did before the service.

I Thought that I shouldn't have been charged for a Balance because I was supposed to have 'lifetime balance' and I had a tire that was under 'Road Hazard warranty' should have had.

They did their job and took out time to find what I need

2 rear tires replaced at NTB-National Tire & Battery, / formally Tire Kingdom. The wait was very lengthy, as there were many customers. The service good and the staff was very friendly and helpful. I would have given a 5 star rating, but there is a white lubricant used to help put new tires on rims. The white lubricant was still very visible on the tires. I know the guys had worked many hours, it was almost closing time, but I think the white lubricant should have been removed.
