Very helpful and friendly!

Staff was friendly and prompt. He was very transparent at the wait time which allowed me to leave to get other things done while my car was being serviced.

I had no idea the battery was checked; I was told nothing. I really wanted the free service of having the tires rotated; I was told from the beginning that it was very unlikely that they could do that; sure enough, they found small pics in my front tires that they said would be prohibitive from putting on the back tires because when rotating because they would cause skidding, etc. Although I was skeptical about what they said, I took their advice. I felt they didnt want to rotate tires for som!

I am having to re do the alignment at another location as the car is not aligned at plus 60 mph

The tires I bought were available at 2 competitors, both were $40 higher. The tires I bought were buy 3 get 1 free so besides being $40 cheaper per tire I got one free and that saved $229. I always buy my tires here.

horrible service, dropped off a rim about 8:30am for a new tire didnt get it back until a hour before they closed. I had to call the shop to find out if it was ready.

Service

I have prior experience at this location. I dropped my truck off prior to my appointment. Discussed the tire rotation briefly with William, one of the managers. I asked him to check the suspension at the front left for noise coming from that area and he said he would. He also said he had one guy for that work and it might be as much as 2 hrs before he could get to it. That was ok with me as I was leaving it. I left and was notified 2 hrs later that the rotation was done but they found that the left front wheel bearing assembly was bad. He gave me a cost for the repair and I gave him the approval to make the repair. Approximately 2 hrs later William called to say the truck was ready to be picked up. I couldn't expect better service than I rec'd and have rec'd in my past experiences. This is why I keep coming back!

The guy that checked me in was polite and attentive. I was a little early for my appointment but he took my car anyway. Thank you.
