They didn't have what I ordered online so they substituted with tires they had with NO PROBLEM AT ALL. Just, "We don't have those in stock. Let me fix that for you. " Amazing customer service. No questions or surprises with the price. Great, nice dudes in the office. Thank you so much!

This is the "Best" Tire Kingdom Service Center I've been to. All the Tech's are knowledgeable and friendly. Mr. Joseph Feldpausch is the best store manager around. Great customer service.

The Representative was professional and knowledgeable about my vehicle and returned my vehicle on time as promised.

Honest, friendly & fair. They repaired one tire with a screw in the tread - fair price. I had also asked they check another tire that seemed to hard a piece of metal embedded, but said it did not penetrate deep enough to cause a leak. I appreciate the fast service, and especially their honesty. I will buy my next set of tires from them.
