Friendly staff, great tire Kingdom prices. I would have gave 5 stars if it was not for them scratching all 4 of my 17 Alloy wheels. Then they made light of it, because I was driving a Jeep Patriot (Sport SE Wheels) . They attempted to buff the wheels, but the scratches went thru the paint. I live in an area with several high end cars. Im glad I was t driving a $100K + car at this location

Ryan was pleasant, knowledgeable and kept me informed throughout the repair.

Fast and efficient. They knew I needed to get back on the road and was very quick to get everything done. I bought two tires from them and they looked up coupons to apply.

Report was available quickly. It was accurate and detailed. It was not available as long as it should have been. For $39.99 I feel report should be available at least 6 months. Could not print easily.

They didnt put are oil filter gasket on and oil went all over the motor

Pros: The workers and people I talked with were very nice, and worked OT to get the car fixed in the time I needed it.Cons: We dropped the car off on Fri afternoon but go no call back to let us know what was going on. Sat. we called them and found the part couldn't be ordered until Mon. (OK) Was told it would be ready by 7 pm on Mon, but it wasn't done till 8:30. Next day discovered a wrench under the hood

Ryan McKeeton was super friendly, clearly communicated and very easy to place trust in. As someone who doesn’t know much about cars, that’s very valuable to me.
