Had no problem getting an appointment when I wanted it. Dropped off the car and they called me when it was ready which turned out to be the time I planned on. They even informed me about a worn tire I was not aware of. Midas guys did a good complete safety check without being asked to. They really care about their customers.

We were visiting from MD and during our time driving around Amish country, our car got louder & louder....in was interfering with the power. Pulled into Midas and within 20 min they put on a sleeve where the clamp was that held the pipe to the muffler...it had rusted off. We could not have gotten home, nor enjoyed the rest of our vacation. THEY/MATT WERE LIFESAVERS!! And the price was Perfect!! Yay!!
